We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. 2. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if you request it within 5 days of the date of purchase. This period allows you to review the course materials and decide if the course meets your expectations.
3. Refund Process
3.1 Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to manmeetsinghbhatti@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”
- Include your full name, email address used for the purchase, order number, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
3.2 Refund Approval
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and, if approved, initiate the refund process. Please note that the refund will be processed after deducting the basic bank/gateway charges incurred during the transaction.
3.3 Refund Timeline
The refund will be processed within 48 hours from the time the request for refund is made and approved. Please allow for additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway’s processing times.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
Please note that the basic bank/gateway charges incurred during the transaction are non-refundable. These charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Partial Refunds
In cases where you have accessed a significant portion of the course materials or if the refund request is made after the 5-day period, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund or no refund at all. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- If the course materials have been fully accessed or downloaded.
- If the refund request is made after the 5-day period.
- If the course has been completed or a significant portion of the course has been accessed.
