A 1996 graduate of the prestigious REC Jalandhar (now NIT Jalandhar), Manmeet built his expertise over 15 years with global engineering giants Honeywell and Rockwell Automation, mastering Industrial Automation, LPG Engineering, Process Control, and Instrumentation at the highest level.
In 2011, he channelled this deep expertise into founding Advance Engineers India Pvt. Ltd. — and never looked back. Today he leads 4 ventures, coaches engineers across India and globally, speaks at international forums, and is on a mission to build a 100-year legacy of engineering excellence, compassion, and purposeful entrepreneurship.

Spent 15 transformative years at two of the world's most respected engineering multinationals — Honeywell and Rockwell Automation. Built deep expertise in Industrial Automation, Instrumentation, LPG Engineering, DCS/PLC/SCADA systems, and large-scale process plant commissioning across India and international markets. This phase forged the engineering DNA that powers all of Manmeet's ventures today.

After 15 years of corporate excellence, Manmeet took the entrepreneurial leap and founded Advance Engineers — an engineering solutions company specialising in Industrial Automation, LPG/CNG plant engineering, Instrumentation, and turnkey project execution.
